Most insecticides and herbicides are sensitive to alkaline water and lose their effectiveness more rapidly , as the PH rises .
To prevent pesticides from rapid degradation and loss of effectiveness , it is recommended to make the water mildly acidic .
Bufferin is an efficient PH reducing agent that lowers and stabilizes the PH of water, to be used for dilution of pesticides in the range of 4.5 – 5.
Bufferin is simple to use, because it is formulated to give a visual indication of PH changes (light yellow in neutral and alkaline water and light pink in mildly acidic water).
